Craig Baker Driver Training Ltd x Trucker Jenko – HGV Class 2 Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern the promotional giveaway operated by Craig Baker Driver Training Ltd (the "Promoter") in partnership with Trucker Jenko via Instagram.

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid full UK car driving licence.
1.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize Details

2.1 One (1) winner will receive the following HGV Category C (Class 2) driver training package (the “Prize”):

• 16 hours of Class 2 driver training
   

• HGV driver medical assessment
   

• Theory test mobile app
   

• 4-hour classroom-based theory lesson
   

• DVSA theory test (multiple choice & hazard perception)
   

• CPC Module 2 & 4 training and tests
   

• One (1) attempt at the practical driving test
   

2.2 The Prize has an approximate value of £2,000.
2.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
2.4 Should the winner fail their first practical test, any retests will be at the winner’s own cost.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 The giveaway opens on Friday 2nd May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 9th May 2025..
3.2 To enter, participants must:

• Like the official giveaway post
   

• Tag two friends in the comments
   

• (Optional) Share the post to their story for a bonus entry
   

3.3 Entries received outside of the entry period will not be considered.
3.4 Only one (1) main entry per person. Additional entries through story shares are bonus only.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 The winner will be selected at random using a fair draw method from all eligible entries.
4.2 The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by Craig Baker Driver Training no later than Monday 12th May 2025.
4.3 The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be drawn.

5. Prize Redemption

5.1 The Prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of notification.
5.2 All training must be completed at a Craig Baker Driver Training location, as arranged with the Promoter.
5.3 The winner must meet any legal and medical requirements to undertake commercial driver training and testing.

6. General

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time and without prior notice.
6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures or issues preventing participation.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
6.4 By entering, the entrant agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. All entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from or in connection with this promotion.
